Perez Hilton: ‘The Way Miss California Answered Her Question Lost Her The Crown’

Shanna MoaklerLAS VEGAS, Nev. — Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton may have been crowned Miss USA 2009 on Sunday, but on Monday, it was Miss California Carrie Prejean’s answer to a question about same-sex marriage from celebrity blogger and pageant judge Perez Hilton that was the night’s biggest story.
During the show, Perez asked Carrie, “Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same sex marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit? Why or why not?”
“Well I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. Um, we live in a land that you can choose same sex marriage or opposite marriage and, you know what, in my country and in, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman,” Carrie said to a mix of boos and applause. “No offense to anybody out there. But that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think that it should be between a man and a woman.”
What a douchebag! At least Carrie Prejean was honest. Whether you are for and against gay marriage, she was at least honest. What is wrong with honesty? Too much PC I tell ya. Seriously, why is Perez Hilton even judging in a beauty pagaent. This guy is a douchebag of the lowest denominator. He had the galls to Prejean a bitch and cunt. This guy is cleary a misogynist. Hell, he is just famous for being famous. This guy is a yenta of the worst kind. Contributing to the garbage on the Internet. Perez Hilton is famous because he trying to be like Paris Hilton, an attention whore and scumbag extraordinaire. He is a tool like Michael Crook or Fred Phelps. I bet Perez Hilton is Fred Phelps’s secret gay lover. They are not all that different if you think about it.
Exactly. the issue is not you agree or not with gay marriage.
The issue is that Perez Hilton acted like a child.
She answered with integrity and honesty; he responded with hatred.
