I second that, she is the most immature Superintendent and needs better composure, how could she be a leader with such immaturity and attitude.

It’s a shame that those leading our children are frequently so intolerant and hidebound. What Superintendent Lucas did isn’t grounds for dismissal, but it was still inappropriate and unfair. She owes that student an apology for her behavior. The bigger problem is that she doesn’t see this fact. Her inability to admit a mistake and make amends IS grounds for dismissal in my view. I wouldn’t want someone like that in a position of authority over my children.
