Man sentenced to death in Tenn. torture slaying
By DUNCAN MANSFIELD (AP) – 8 hours agoKNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A Tennessee man convicted of kidnapping, rape and murder charges in the fatal carjacking of a couple on a date has been sentenced to death.
The defendant, 28-year-old Lemaricus Davidson, showed no reaction Friday as jurors announced the death sentences for the murders of 21-year-old college student Channon Christian and her 23-year-old boyfriend, Christopher Newsom.
Davidson was found guilty of abducting the couple in Knoxville during a 2007 carjacking by several armed men.

Sick case all I can say. This scumbag deserves to die a slow and agonzing death. Make these scumbags do hard labor in Siberia for life. Lamaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas, Vanessa Coleman, and Eric Boyd deserve to rot in Hell in the worst layer along side with Jeffrey Dahmer, 9/11 Terrorists, Adolf Hitler, and Joseph Stalin. Worthless scumbags in company with other worthless scumbags in Hell!!!!! Anyone who does not agree with this is A CLUELESS AND NAIVE MORON!!!!!!
yep it is pretty bad,.. I just cant understand why the girl in this case Vanessa Coleman didnt try to help! how dare her cook breakfast, and sit around that house while that girl was being tortured… they all should get the death penalty!!!!!!!!
Hi Tudy. That is really sick. Didn’t know they were cooking breakfast when they brutally tortured Christian and Channon. Sick all I can say. Sounds like something out of a Nazis death camp or Soviet Gulag.
