Welcome to Arctic Chicken’s Blog. Arctic chicken is another name for the ptarmigan that lives in the tundras of North America, Europe, and Asia. They are a type of grouse that turns white in the winter and is related to chicken, quail, and pheasants. They have feathery feet that kinda looks like cat or dog foot. Very cute and cuddly birds.
